TERMS OF DELIVERY

Goods purchased at localpattern.com are sent by correos express, ups express and dhl express worldwide.

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability and/or customs delays.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and within the following hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Orders made outside these hours are processed the next working day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or any public holidays.

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. When the order ships, an email will be sent to you including the tracking number. All orders are fully traceable through the respective carrier.

*The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.

TAXES

All our shipments outside the European Union, including UK, Switzerland and Norway, are pre-tax. Taxes are payable upon receipt of the package, in accordance with the applicable legislation in the destination country. All customs duties and taxes will be borne by the buyer.

Shipping costs include transportation, insurance and customs clearance at origin. For deliveries to non-European Union countries, customs charges at destination and other taxes (duties) are not included; they will have to be paid in cash by the recipient in order to receive the goods.

In case you refuse to pay the customs duty taxes and your package is returned to us, we will have to pay taxes and these costs will be deducted from your refund.
