SHIPPING

Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you and in the same country of purchase.

We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the studio), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship our products by courier, with a tracking number. Once your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected:

DOMESTIC
For Spain and Portugal Standard deliveries take 3-4 working days and express deliveries between 1-2 working days.

INTERNATIONAL
For International orders, the standard deliveries take 3-8 days depending on location and the price will appear in the cart checkout. Express deliveries take between 1-3 working days depending on the area. 

How much do I pay for the delivery service?
Free shipping on domestic orders / International +100€

For the rest of the shipping rates or express services price will appear in the cart checkout.

Orders to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties when they arrive to the destination country. Please note that these charges are the responsibility of our international customers. In case you refuse to pay the taxes and your package is returned to us, we will have to pay taxes and this taxes will be deducted from your refund. 

RETURNS

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Free Returns and Exchanges*
* On SALE LAST CHANCE purchases all the delivery expenses for returns or exchanges are paid by the costumer.  

If you purchase with Paypal returns will be free, just remember to active "free returns" in your Paypal account to proceed correctly. Click link fore more info. 

How do I return an item?
Once you have received your parcel, you have 14 days to return your items.

The product must be in perfect condition with its original labels and tags and you must send the item in the original packaging to us. Please email us to proceed with the return at costumerservice@localpattern.com with subject RETURN.
Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.
Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund.

How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.


How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?
Contact Us and we will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange my products?
You will have to place a new order with the desired size/item. In case you bought with discount write us and we will send you a new discount code.

Then please email us to costumerservice@localpattern.com and we will send you a shipping label to return the wrong pieces.

All Archive Sale items are sold as final sales. We do not accept returns/exchanges on these items.

How long do I have to make an exchange?
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the email confirming shipment.
