- Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you and in the same country of purchase.
- How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected. For Spain and Portugal Standard deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and express deliveries between 2 and 3 working days. For rest of the countries, the standard deliveries take 2 to 8 days depending on location and price will appear in the cart checkout.
- How much do I pay for delivery service?
For the rest of the shipping rates or express services price will appear in the cart checkout.
- What is the home delivery process?
We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the studio), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.
- Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
Free Returns and Exchanges*
* On SALE purchases all the delivery expenses for returns or exchanges are paid by the costumer.
If you purchase with Paypal returns will be free, just remember to active "free returns" in your Paypal account to proceed correctly. Click link fore more info.
- How do I return an item?
The product must be in perfect condition with its original labels and tags and you must send the item in the original packaging to us. Please email us to proceed with the return at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject RETURN.
Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.
Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund.
- How long do I have to return an item?
All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
- How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
- When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.
- What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

- We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.
Can I exchange my products?
Yes, please write us to email@example.com to communicate your exchange. Use the email subject EXCHANGE, please.
All Archive Sale items are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns / exchanges on these items.
