SHIPPING

  • Where can I receive my order?

It can be sent to an address selected by you and in the same country of purchase.

    • How long will my order take to arrive?

    All orders will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed the next business day. We ship our products by courier, with tracking number. Once your order is sent, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

    Delivery times depend on the type of delivery selected.

    For Spain and Portugal Standard deliveries take 3-4 working days and express deliveries between 1-2 working days.

    For International orders, the standard deliveries take 3-8 days depending on location and price will appear in the cart checkout. Express deliveries takes between 2-3 working days. 

    • What is a Local Pick up?

    Local pick up is available in our studio in Barcelona. Pick up will be ready in 1 to 2 working days. If you choose pick up option, we will contact you to arrange the meeting with you.

    • How much do I pay for delivery service?

      Free shipping on national orders / International +100€

      For the rest of the shipping rates or express services price will appear in the cart checkout.

      UNITED KINGDOM 

      Since January 2021, orders to United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties. Please note that these charges are not included on the price and are responsibility of our costumers. In case that taxes must be paid, you'll be notified by the courier who will collect this funds. For more information about import taxes please check the link or contact your local customs office.

      Important notice: 
      In case you refuse to pay the taxes and your package is returned to us, we will have to pay taxes and this taxes will be deducted from your refund.

      UNITED STATES

      • What is the home delivery process?

      We will send you an email confirming that your items have been dispatched (when your order leaves the studio), another with the tracking number (with a link to the courier's web page) and finally the courier will send you a text message or email to inform you of your delivery.

        RETURNS

        •  Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

        Free Returns and Exchanges in Europe*

        * On SALE LAST CHANCE purchases all the delivery expenses for returns or exchanges are paid by the costumer.  

        If you purchase with Paypal returns will be free, just remember to active "free returns" in your Paypal account to proceed correctly. Click link fore more info. 

        • How do I return an item?
        Once you have received your parcel, you have 14 days to return your items. 

        The product must be in perfect condition with its original labels and tags and you must send the item in the original packaging to us. Please email us to proceed with the return at costumerservice@localpattern.com with subject RETURN. 

        Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt. 

        Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund.

        RETURNS OUTSIDE OF EUROPE

        All returns outside Europe are processed at the customer's expense. Write to us at costumerservice@localpattern.com with the subject "International return + order number" and we will tell you how to make your return correctly.

        • How long do I have to return an item?

        All returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

        • How will I receive my refund?

        • We reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

        EXCHANGES

        • Can I exchange my products?

          Yes, please write us to costumerservice@localpattern.com to communicate your exchange. Use the email subject EXCHANGE, please. 

        All Archive Sale items are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns / exchanges on these items.

        • How long do I have to make an exchange?

          All exchanges must be made within 14 days of the e-mail confirming shipment.
